Last weekend, Deano, Steve and I rode 64 miles to the Capitol and back in an attempt to pratice for this weekend’s 100k Road Bike Ride, part of the ever famous, Tour de Nez. It was a great ride that took about 5hrs, due to a 1.5 hr pit stop in Carson, we had to wait for the quiznos qeeks to make the food. It took one friggin hour, we were, well kinda shocked that it took that long, but since we were in such good sprits, we didn’t complain. The ride home was a bit hotter, since the sun was pounding us at 95 deg… You know its the desert and all.

So wish us luck… Deano will be participating in the 100 miler over Mt Rose, while Steve, Jeremy and I will be taking the easy route, the 61miler (100k) through washoe valley and back.
